(Xinhua) — The Lands Department of Hong Kong Wednesday announced a Sha Tin commercial site and two Lantau residential sites will be disposed of by public tender.

The Sha Tin lot, at the junction of On Kwan and On Lai Streets in Shek Mun, has a site area of 6,540 square meters and is designated for non-residential purposes.

The first Lantau lot in Cheung Sha has a site area of 7,410 square meters, with minimum and maximum gross floor areas of 1,779 and 2,964 square meters.

The other private lot, also in Cheung Sha, has a site area of 7,550 square meters, with minimum and maximum gross floor areas of 1,812 and 3,020 square meters.

The final sale conditions will be available on the department’s website by Oct. 28, when the particulars of the tender will be gazetted.
