l. Industrial and commercial registration fee
Industrial and commercial registration fees hall be charged as per the State’s stipulation

Tax registration fee shall be charged as per the State’s stipulation

3.Land deed tax
Land deed tax: enterprise that purchases land shall pay a lump-sum land deed tax; deed tax belongs to the transaction tax, that is, at 4% of the total land payment.
4.Land determined fee: 326 yuan/point. It is the national executive charge that is priced by the state and charged in lump sum by the development area’s land bureau for the state and transfer to the determination department.
5.Engineering quality supervision fee
Engineering quality supervision fee shall be charged at 2.5% of the project costing.
6. Large industry electricity consumption

1-10KV is 0.373 yuan/KWh
Other uses of electricity 35KV shall be charged at 0.364yuan/KWh, 110KV at0.355/KWh, and 220KV at 0.346yuan/KWh.The capacity of transformer to install under500KVA shall be charged: at the standard as aerial line, the subsidiary}is220yuan/KVA; at the standard as underground line, the subsidiary is 300 yuan/KVA.

7.Compensation fee for underground water resources
Ordinary water: 0.4 yuan/m3
Underground water: 0.6 yuan/m3
Mineral water: 0.6 yuan/m3
Water for living: I .60 yuan/m3
Water for industry: l .80 yuan/m3
Service sector (including capital construction): 2.50 yuan/m3
Special trade: 3.30 yuan/m3
Executive units: l .70 yuan/m3
(The foresaid fees include 0.40-yuan/m3 sewage treatment and 0.10 yuan/m3 public surcharges).

8. Rubbish clearance fee Residential

wastes: 5yuan/month/household
Firm’s wastes: 37 yuan/ton
Wastes from construction: 28 yuan/ton
Special trade waste: 60 yuan/ton
