What is the estimated project timeline?

What is a play associate?

Children’s play is encouraged and supported by Play Associates who administer and maintain the Imagination Playground, as well as assist children in their play. As a result of their natural curiosity and desire to play, children’s actions will reflect this. Must all sites that obtain imagination playground in a box have play associates?

Products from the Imagination Playground are designed to be utilized with a Play Associate. A curriculum has been designed by Imagination Playground to teach these staff the proper use of the company’s products. Play Associates must complete this training before they can take leadership of the Imagination Playground.

Our recommendation is to have one adult for every twenty children ages 5 to 12, although this ratio should be set by site rules. There should be fewer adults per child when children are under the age of 5.

With a punch card, families who plan to visit frequently can save money! They’re $65 each and come with ten punches! For children ages 2 and up, each punch covers one child’s entrance, saving you around $30. Punch cards have the benefit of never expiring, which is a huge plus. So, if you bring your kids in once a week, once a month, or even once a year, we’ll honor your punch card!

Are parents allowed on the equipment?

While parents aren’t allowed to participate in any of the activities, they are permitted to assist youngsters under the age of 3 and those with special needs.

Can I decorate the party room for my child’s party?

Yes, that’s correct! Decorations such as balloons and banners are welcome if you wish to bring them in yourself. There are no ceiling-hanging or confetti-filled things allowed at our event, and only painter’s tape, which we supply, can be used to secure anything to the wall. It’s perfectly acceptable to set up the party area yourself, but a party assistant will gladly take care of it so that you can enjoy your guests!

Can I schedule a party during open play?

Our Clubhouse Party package includes this. Open-play visitors are welcome to join you in the playrooms, but only during the final 40 minutes of your party!!

Do I need to pay up front for the party?

To secure a party time slot, a $100 non-refundable fee is required. This contributes to your overall party balance. On the day of your event, you’ll make the final payment. There are no exceptions to this rule.

When do I need to show up for my party?

There is no need to arrive more than 10 minutes early for your child’s birthday celebration. Allow 10 minutes for everything to be brought inside and for waivers to be checked! Our team will set up your party room during the children’s play time, so you and your guests don’t have to worry about arriving early to set up.

Is alcohol allowed for adults during my party?

No, alcohol is not permitted in any of our facilities.

How long can we play?

Passes for Playground World and Baby World each allow three hours of access.

Are socks required to play?

Adults and children alike must wear socks when entering our play areas. You can buy socks at the front desk if you forget them.

Is the Playground supervised by staff?

If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us. However, we are not here to take care of your children for you, so the team will walk through the playground on a frequent basis. This is a prevalent misconception in our field, but please remember that your children and the acts of your children are your responsibility, so you must be prepared to take responsibility for them.
